\n\u2022 \u201cDo You Have the Guts to Be Healthy?\u201d, presented by certified naturopath Frances Michelson<\/span>
\n\u2022 Sunset and seasonal canap\u00e9s, creating an opportunity for guests to connect and enjoy the atmosphere of the rooftop garden<\/span><\/p>\nTogether, these activities created an experience that encouraged participants to explore wellness from different perspectives while enjoying one of Montreal\u2019s unique urban green spaces.<\/span><\/p>\nThe vision behind Synapse Wellness Hub<\/span><\/p>\nFor Dr. Basalom, wellness is not simply about individual health.
