
Ten leading universities from the Republic of Uzbekistan will participate in EDUGATE 2026, one of Egypt’s premier higher education and international education exhibitions, taking place from July 28 to 30, 2026, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EECA) in New Cairo.
The exhibition will be attended by H.E. Mansurbek Kilichev, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Arab Republic of Egypt, alongside a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This highlights the importance of Uzbekistan’s participation in the exhibition and supports efforts to strengthen academic and educational cooperation between Uzbekistan and Egypt.
The delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan includes Mr. Yakubov Umid Bobaevich, Head of the Department for Educational Literature; Mr. Alikulov Doniyor Shuhrat ugli, Chief Legal Counsel; and Mr. Makhmudov Shokhrukh Aminbaevich, Chief Specialist of the Department for International Cooperation and Research of Foreign Experience.
The participation is organized by NEN | National Education Network as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen academic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Egypt and to introduce Egyptian students to the diverse academic opportunities offered by Uzbek higher education institutions.

– Tashkent State Transport University
– Tashkent State University of Economics
– Mamun University
– Pharmaceutical Technical University
– Bukhara State Technical University
– Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute
– Fergana Medical Institute
– Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers
– Termez State Pedagogical Institute
Throughout the exhibition, NEN | National Education Network will participate with two dedicated booths. The first will introduce visitors to the organization’s services, including study abroad opportunities, educational consultancy, university admissions, and internationally recognized examinations. The second booth will host representatives from the ten participating Uzbek universities, providing students and parents with the opportunity to meet university representatives directly and learn about academic programs, available majors, admission requirements, scholarships, and study opportunities in Uzbekistan.
During EDUGATE 2026, NEN will also offer visitors exclusive discounts on a range of internationally recognized examinations, including TOEFL iBT, iTEP, and ATTANALAL ARABI, as well as UKVI-approved English language tests, including Skills for English, LanguageCert, and Trinity College London, in addition to special offers on study abroad and educational consultancy services.
Commenting on the participation, Dr. Tamer Younis, CEO of NEN | National Education Network International, said that the organization’s participation in the 19th edition of EDUGATE reflects its commitment to expanding international academic partnerships and creating greater access to global higher education opportunities for Egyptian students.
He added that hosting a delegation of ten Uzbek universities, alongside the presence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Egypt and the delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, demonstrates the strong relationships NEN has established with higher education institutions in Uzbekistan and represents another important step toward strengthening academic cooperation between the two countries. The exhibition provides participating universities with an excellent platform to present their academic strengths, introduce their educational programs, and engage directly with prospective students and their families.
Dr. Younis further noted that NEN has designed an integrated experience for visitors through its two exhibition booths while offering exclusive promotions on international examinations, educational consultancy, and study abroad services, enabling students to access a comprehensive range of educational solutions in one place. He emphasized that NEN remains committed to expanding its global network of academic partners and supporting initiatives that strengthen educational cooperation between Uzbekistan and Egypt while creating new educational pathways for students in both countries.
EDUGATE 2026 is expected to attract thousands of students, parents, educators, and education professionals, providing participating Uzbek universities with an important platform to showcase their academic excellence, strengthen international partnerships, and expand their presence in one of the region’s most dynamic education markets.
